D6000 Dock and Mac - Chrome renders differently on external vs integrated monitor
 

I have a D6000 dock connected to a macbook pro and two external samsung monitors. On the external monitor chrome doesn't display properly, if I drag the window to the integrated display is displays fine.

Here is a video demo, in this example see the loading skeleton renders on integrated display but not the external monitor. This is happening across a huge variety of sites.

Does anybody have any idea how to fix this?

I have tried updating to the beta displaylink manager but its the same
