Tricky behavior with Ubuntu 16.04 Acer VN7-592G

2 Attachment(s)
I have an Acer Aspire VN7-592G with Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS 64-bit and I'm using a DELL D3100 docking station
This laptop has Nvidia GeForceGTX960M with opensource driver 381.22
Xorg server 1.18.4
kernel 4.8.0-54

1 - Cannot boot computer when docking station is connected
Got error message "system running low graphic mode"

2 - Booting standalone with intel display profile activated OK
Pluging docking OK but long display latency (about 0.5 sec)
Unplug/Replug then I got super long latency (about 2 sec)
After changing some settings from gnome-settings latency comes back to 0.5 sec
In this configuration I can use both displays (Builtin + Displaylink) in extended desktop
Suspend/Resume OK

3 - Booting standalone with NVidia display profile activated OK
Pluging docking NOK (Networking, sound, USB are working but no display)
Gnome display setting reports only buitin display
Nvidia config tool - detect display > only buitin display
From Nvidia config tool switch profile to Intel + logout/login
Displaylink docking works but still long latency (0.5 sec)
From Nvidia config tool switch profile back to Nvidia + logout/login
Displaylink docking works with very small latency (nice) but builtin display is off
None of the display configurators (Gnome or Nvidia) reports the builtin monitor only the external Displayling
Suspend/Resume OK

Diag files attached - one for intel graphics activated and one for nvidia
