Installation Issue - Nothing happen

I have bought a startech USBA2DPGB using Display Link.
I'm running an MBA 2014 with Mojave 10.14.2

When I install Display link 5.0.1, well everything looks working OK. The mac reboot, at first he told me "Please grant DisplayLinkUserAgent with permission" which I did in the system.

And then ? Nothing !

Both screen remain perfectly black, in the application I have a folder named DisplayLink with only Displayink Uninstaller..

Have I missed a step or something ?

After a little bit of a search DisplayLink was locked in "Security"/"General" of the preference.

Now unlocked, the screen are alive, but with a resolution which was current before 1995...

I noticed that MacOs consider both screen with Airplay like videoProjector yet, and show on Monitor as Monitor(1) and Monitor(2) but can't identify or change any resolution.

If anyone has an idea.. Otherwise I'm still looking for a solution.

I have added the software SwitchResX that help determine the problem.
And indeed both screen are detected as "No monitor" with resolution locked at 640x480px :D

Any solution ?

After a bit of investigation, it looks that the screen doesn't work properly.
It works great with other screens.

Probably no solution to the issue
