"No Monitor" message despite screen being detected.
 

I have this strange issue where when I plug a couple monitors into my TOTU dock (the upgraded one that is DisplayLink compatible) the screen is detected... sort of. The screen is only showing 640x480 resolution and it does not behave like it should and I cannot adjust the resolution. I have 2 other identical docks that work perfectly and I purchased 2 additional docks and both have this issue.

What should I do here? Are both these docks just DOA?
