HP Pavillion Lapotp blackout every 5-10 Minutes

We are struggling with screen blanking and blackouts on a pavilion laptop on a Icy Box IB-DK2254AC Docker. Working nearly not possible.

Same Docker works with a Dell Core I7 like a charm the whole day. So it looks like the driver is not wirking properly on the HP Pavilion?

Laptop:

Docker:
https://icybox.de/product.php?id=515

Seems to be a problem with overlay windows or some kind of special graphics. Sometimes it only blanks the screens for 1-2 Seconds, but sometimes it looks like the driver crashes completely... than all the windows need to be re arranged.

Attached the log.

Based on your description, it sounds like some Windows Power Management settings may be affecting the behavior.

I would suggest turning off (for both 'On Battery' and 'Plugged In' states) both 'PCI Express Link State Power Management' and 'USB 3 Link Power Management' within the Windows Advanced Power Settings to see if that changes the behavior.

In some cases these settings are not visible by default, so they have to be enabled manually.

A guide for doing so for PCI Express Link State Power Management is here --> https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...dows-10-a.html
