Win7, Ipad3, Dell D820, total mess
Has anyone encountered a situation where when displaylink tries to connect after successfully connecting the windows UI/screen totally washes out with nothing but vertical lines? I'm using V6.3 M0 for the software. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. and can't get it to work to save my life. Any advice is welcome. TIA.

Can you try updating to the latest primary graphics driver on your laptop (is it NVIDIA?). This could solve the issue.

I actually tried that and nVidia shows that the driver is latest version. The driver version is 7.15.11.7967. I'm remote at the moment but will try to doublecheck things tonight/tomorrow. Thanks!

FYI, I got a new laptop so this is effectively a DOA issue. That said, I have a new one I may be posting about.
