Intermittant dock issues with Monterey
 

I am having all sorts of problems with my Startech USB3DOCKH2DP since Monterey upgrade - USB peripherals such as webcam and microphone eventually stop working, speakers stop working. Displays not reinitating in the correct orientation etc. Only fix is to reboot laptop and dock, and wait another 24hours or so until you have to do it again.

I am currently download Monterey 12.1 update to see if it makes any difference, but all I can say is the last few months have been painful.

Any others experience the same?
