8.5 + Network Issues
 

Since installing 8.5 (beta and final) the network adapter in my Targus ACP71EU has become unreliable.

Symptoms are lost connection after a few hours of usage. The adapter is still there, but it typically has a an invalid IP address and no gateway.

Disconnecting and reconnecting the network cable does not help (but does register as being disconnected).

Turning off and on the box resolves the issue (for a few hours).

Update: After clean install of windows this seems to have gone away so am assuming its unrelated to displaylink!
