Windows 10 (10134) & V7.9 Beta 1
 

Hi guys, good morning/afternoon.

I use Windows 10 build 10134 and V7.9 Beta 1. Whenever I share my desktop or any application using Skype for Business, the system becomes unstable, people who was supposed to see my screens just sees a black screen and sometimes the driver hangs and the entire dock station is disconnected. I uninstalled Displaylink entirely and tried to share my screen and it worked for the entire meeting. Can you help? Have you already tested the driver in this scenario?

I use a Dell XPS 12 with a Dell Dock.

Did you try beta 2 yet?

I'm on Fast ring but haven't received 10134 yet. Did you installed that off-band?

Same issue on 7.9 v2 and 10.130
 

Lenovo X1 running on threshold 10.130 with v2 beta drivers. 7.9.262.0 (graphics) and 7.9.242.0 (core).

Screen sharing causes instability and flickering. External monitor connected to docking station still unusable and only supported when connected directly to the laptop's USB port.

Even worse: As of this morning Windows is no longer able to load the Displaylink drivers, and consequently external monitors monitor support is completely gone - no specific error message (had to rebuild the network stack - but why would that shoot the display drivers?). I'll uninstall all drivers and clean-up everything.

Not ready fro prime time.
