MB16AC Monitor not working after 10.15.6 update - DP Alt mode error
 

Hey, all, I'm using a 2014 13" Macbook Air with myZenScreen MB16AC as an external monitor placed vertically connected via a hub and a USBA to USBC adapter. Oddness happened in the update to 10.15.5 (stopped working) but I was able to roll back and have the monitor still work. After the 10.15.6 update, nothing. Just the dreaded Your Device does not support DP Alt mode error - this is regardless of whether I roll back the driver or use the newest (including one sent to me by ASUS tech support, which took weeks to get back to me).


DisplayLink also shows no monitor connected, regardless.

And, in case this had anything to do with vertical, I tried rotating my screen and trying again - nothing.

Anyone have any tips here?

It used to work perfect
I have the same problem! After updating drivers display link, I still get the same message, that my device does not support DP Alt Mode and have to install latest drivers which I have done already.

Please help....
