Cant find monitor on Procord dock
Hello!
So I have bought a "prokord workplace docking station usb-c 5k dual monitor - charge" for a work computer. Here are the specs for the computer: CPU Snapdragon (TM) 7c Gen 2 @ 2.55 GHz 2.55 GHz RAM 4,00 GB Product-ID 00379-20115-64896-AAOEM System 64b system, ARM-based CPU And here are the windows specs: Type Windows 10 Pro Education Version 22H2 Installed 2021-10-23 OS-version 19045.3693 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0 When i got the dock station, i just plugged it in via the USB-C port and everything worked (USB ports, Ethernet etc) except the displayport and HDMI. I have tried with a DVI to displayport and a standard HDMI between the docking station and the monitor. Ive tried to download the latest Displaylink drivers for w10/w11 (11.2 M0) from the synaptics website. But when i try to install it, i get a error message that says this driver version don't support my windows version... Then i tried to download some of the legacy drivers, and the latest version that worked was 10.3 M0 from Sep 22, 2022. I have tried everything it seems, a different USB-C cable and port, switched to a usb type A, different monitor, uninstalled the drivers and reinstall them. Is there any fix to this? Kind regards! //Oskar |
Hi Oskar,
The installer doesn't cover Arm64 architecture yet. Even if Windows on Arm isn't new, all early platforms were sold in S-mode, preventing the use of any installer. Adding Arm64 in the installer is planned for early 2024. In the meantime, please use the .INF in the Corporate section in the ARM64 folder to use on this machine. Right click on the dlidusb.inf and select Install. the dlcdcncm.inf is for Ethernet. https://www.synaptics.com/products/d...oads/corporate Regards, Alban |
That one fixed it for me!
Thank you so much! i wish you a good holiday, Alban! |
