My story with displaylink Dock
 

Hi,

I tried to use ubuntu with a dl dock and it happened that it randomly crashed my x session, using lxde (Lubuntu). I've tried things from and nothing worked:

My kernel was 5.4
I only got the issue fixed after upgrading my kernel to 5.8 using a script from
