extraordinary many boost requests, GPU permanently on top speed

i have noticed that my DisplayLink device driver on Ubuntu Linux cause extraordinary many GPU Boosts so its permanently on top speed! 14250 boosts in 12min: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105962#c35 unplugging resolve this issue |
