All,
I'm running Catalina 10.15.6 MacBookPro 15inch (2018). I've connected 2 external Dell monitors, one with DisplayPort and the other HDMI.
Periodically both monitors will blink out for half about 15 seconds. This happens multiple times a day. I've installed the latest version of DisplayLink Manager 1.1.0 (Build 54.91) and using QGeeM docking station.

Any suggestions on what could be causing the monitors to blink out several times a day?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I do to have a similar problem when using external monitors. I have two external Samsung monitors connected both by HDMI and I get random sync/flickering issues, especially when on a zoom call.
