AOC 1659w gone dark

Windows 10 Pro version 1809 build 17763.253 USB 3.0 powered hub. Latest Display Link Driver, etc.

AOC 1659w has gone dark on my system after Windows updates a few weeks back. Still seen by Windows, shows up in Display control panel and DisplayLink Manager, gets power but displays nothing.

Works when plugged into my laptop and work desktop. Updated everything like a lunatic. BIOS, USB hub drivers, anything I could find. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, changed USB ports, yadda yadda yadda. Nothing is helping. Really annoyed and frustrated.

Uploading diagnostic logs. Any help appreciated. I really need this up and working again.
