8.0M2 on Win 10 x64 Anniv.: lots of user mode driver crashes

I suddenly get a lot of user mode driver crashes (event ID 10111).
Roughly translated the error message is:
Quote:

The device "MB168B+" is offline because of user mode driver crashe. There are four attempts to reset the device
The same error is shown for my Lenovo LT1421.

Mouse is frozen, no input possible. After some seconds both monitors go blank, some seconds later the connection is re-established.

Any hints? Is this a known problem? The issue comes without warning and lasts about 10 sec, so it's not possible to run DisplayLink diagnostics.

My system is Lenovo W530, Nvidia Optimus, WIn 10 x64 1607 with latest updates.

Hey,

If you could run the diag tool just after this occurs, this would be helpful.

The diagnostic tool will collect the crash mini-dumps (WUDF*.dmp) and we will be able to see the callstack and where the driver trips.
Because of the freeze leading to reset, this sounds like a timeout... 10 seconds matches the time Windows gives up after. Unfortunately, after 5 timeouts in a short time frame, Windows stops trying and a reboot is necessary (USB reconnect has no impact).

Kind regards,
Alban
