VT4000 Resolution Mac & Windows issue

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad P51, trying to run two external monitors with HDMI or DP. First external is 3440x1440 and the second is 1080p. The 1080p monitor works fine, but the 3440x1440 monitor is only allowing me to go up to around 2048x1152. In both operating systems, it shows the 3440x1440 monitor's name as "No Monitor". All Windows and OSX updates have been made and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.
