No Display - MacBook Pro 2019 & Kensington SD4600P

Hi Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting the Kensington SD4600P going on MacBook Pro running OS Catalina 10.15.7. I bought the SD4600P a week ago.

I've tried all 10.15.x legacy Drivers. Only the uninstaller appears in the Application Folder

I've tried DisplayLink Manager App 1.1 (& login extension) This appears to install but always comes up with No Monitor Detected.

No matter what driver I use, nothing has ever displayed in the Screen Recording Section under Security & Privicy.

I've upgraded the Firmware on the SD4600P

I've looked under "About This Mac" / System Report and the Kensington Shows under USB but does not show the USB Display Adaptor.

It also doesn't show under Software / Extensions

VID also is NOT 8020 or 8080.

It will charge the MacBook and I can also plug external usb drives and card readers in and it works.

Just no Display (HDMI or Display Port)

The bankbook came with Catalina on it so really didn't want to roll back as I have all my software installed.

I've been trying for days with no success... Any other ideas?

Cheers,

Anthony

Hello,

Kensington SD4600P does not use DisplayLink technology it uses Alt-mode.
Please contact the manufacturer of the device for further support.

Best regards,
Katarzyna
