Confused Software
 

Recently purchased a "Targus ACP71AU" to run on my Toshiba P70 using windows 8.1 Unfortunately the software makes the Laptop believe it is an usb audio input - Bad Software Writing!! This stops the internal speaker from operating. Did go to DisplayLink site and downloaded new software which killed the internet :-( Needless to say the software is gone, but still unable to use "Targus ACP71AU".

How do I obtain the correct software so the "Targus ACP71AU" does not experience an identity crisis????????
