The app DisplayLink not recognise the ICY BOX (IB-DK4070-CPD)

I have bought the ICYBOX (IB-DK4070-CPD) and the app of DisplayLink is not finding the docking, in the app it show the message "No displayLink-enabled display detected" in the website of ICYBOX tell it has the compatibility, I've tested in macOS 13 and 12, macbook pro, air and Windows 11, the same error happens in the 3 devices I've tested.

I dont know if the error is in the dock or in he software.

I found the solution, it was necessary to install 2 softwares:

1 - DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Mac OS X and macOS
2 - DisplayLink Manager Graphics Connectivity

now it working fine!
