Hello,

I have 2020 M1 MacBook Pro.
Targus USB-C Universal Dual HDMI 4K Docking Station
And 2 pcs Samsung 27" external displays.

This combination have been working really well before MacOS update to Monterey 12.4.
After this update second display haven't been detected anymore.

I tried with new cables and just mix everything together I also reinstalled displaylink manager. Everything works separately. But when bot displays are installed then the second one is not detected.

Please help me. I am so done trying to fix this and don't know anymore what to do.

Hello

Did you try to download the last driver ? - https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/macos-connectivity-1.7?filetype=exe
Can you please send me the logs file in the private message ?

Download the*Mac DisplayLink support tool
Ensure the DisplayLink device is connected to your Mac.

Run the tool right after the problem has occurred.A .zip file (one that starts with DisplayLinkInfo_Output_2022xxxx_xxxxxx.zip) will be created containing all the needed information.By clicking on "Show File" the tool will be closed and the debug file will be shown and selected for you otherwise locate it in your desktop.Close the tool, then reply to this email with the zip file generated, including a description of the problem you are seeing and any other
information that could be important. The Mac DisplayLink debug tool gathers the following system information

DisplayLink Software installedDisplayLink devices connected to the Mac and status
Basic mode: basic System Profile as shown by Apple System Profiler
Full mode: full System Profile as shown by Apple System Profiler

I don't know how to send attached files in this platform. However I tried to emailed you directly. Maybe you can send email to me so I can send log files directly.

I also tried to install those drivers you linked. My Mac said that can't be installed cause newer version is already installed. I uninstalled that and Installed these instead. No changes.

Hello here,

I have the same issue with the hub not detecting the second display. Thanks in advance for the help. Where can I find the support tool? I've been searching around but I didn't find it.
