Santechi Pro Hub Max and DisplayLink compatibility

I have a Santechi Pro Hub Max dock and currently using 2 external monitors with my MacBook Pro M1. Hooked up a third Element 24 inch monitor and cannot get it to connect. Have downloaded latest MAC OS Display link driver but cannot get the third monitor to come online. Maybe Display link is not compatible with Santechi dock? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :D

The specifications do not state that is using Displaylink chipsets so I guess it is not a displaylink dock. Generally you will see the Displaylink logo on a supported device.
