At my workplace we have a setup of about 30 hotdesks, each with a 'Hybrid Universal Triple Monitor Dock' and 2 BenQ GL2480 monitors. Monitors connected via HDMI and dock connected to a MacBook Pro 16 2019 (12.0.1) via USB-C.
At most desks it remembers my screen layout setup, but at one desk in particular it never remembers my screen layout setup and I have to redo the layout in Screen Prefs.
A couple of weird things I've noticed.
With both screens on, if I switch the 2 HDMI cables over on the back of the dock (or on the back of the monitors) the displays do not swap places.
On the back of the dock, it has Video 1 & 2, but in Display Pref's it has BenQ (1) and BenQ (2), but the numbers don't always match up.
It's driving me slightly mad that I can't figure this out, hopefully I'm missing something simple!
