I have been using my macbook air 2017 with the dell dock d6000 in clam shell with 2 monitors: 1 is placed in the dock's HDMI port and the other is placed in the one of the docks displayport.
Everything OK.
But I have an old 19in monitor (VGA) that I have connected to the third D6000 slot (displayport) but it didn't work perfectly.. the system turned it on but shut down the HDMI screen...in order to have all three working I am placing the third (last added) directly to the macbook display port.
Is this expected? Is there any limitation to the number of monitors my mac can support with displaylink directly from the d6000 dock?
