Can't re-install DLManager 1.6

If I have a system that has uninstalled DisplayLink Manager 1.6, I can't re-install. The install errs out with the message "Installing DisplayLink Manager App 1.6...
Installation failed. The installer reported: installer: Package name is DisplayLink Manager
installer: Installing at base path /
installer: The install failed. (The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance. An error occurred while running scripts from the package “DisplayLink Manager Graphics Connectivity1.6-EXE.pkg”.)"

I uninstalled DisplayLInk Manager by using the Uninstall application included in the LoginWindow Add-On.
