Apps get shifted around my screens

I am running DisplayLink Manager 1.6.0 on latest Monterey on M1 Mac mini. When I wake my screens all my apps that I have open get shifted around on my three displays. I then have to move all 10 apps or so that I usually run, back to where I want them. Everything is then fine until I wake my screens the next time. (Doesn't happen every time though.) Any suggestions? Aside from having to keep my screens on all the time.

Two screens are connected directly to the Mac and the third is through a St Lab usb to HDMI adapter.

The issue was the same when I was running Mac OS Big Sur.

Agreed; I've recently run into the same issue as well. I have 2 external monitors connected over DisplayLink (via a USBC Thinkpad hub) and I have my windows that keep getting reset to my main display semi-regularly. I haven't found a pattern why yet.

I'll be happy to find/understand why.
