The BETA version of 1.6 was removed because the final release version of 1.6 was published on December 22nd --> https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/macos-connectivity-1.6?filetype=exe

Thanks, I see its back on the page now (the final). Perhaps a hiccup for a short amnount of time.
