First of all,, does anyone know or use this dock? I have had it working well with my iMac 2019, buI would like to use it to do a dual screen setup with two 4K monitors using Displaylink software.with a NEW MacBook Air M1 2020. How can I find out whether this Glyph TB3 dock https://www.glyphtech.com/product/thunderbolt-3-dock-docking-stationis compatible to work with DisplayLink software? Otherwise, if not,, I will have to consider getting a Pluggable dock?
Thanks for any suggestions.

The link you provided to your intended docking station appears to be under construction, however this link appears to work --> https://www.glyphtech.com/product/thunderbolt-3-dock-docking-station

Presuming that is the dock you are considering, that dock does not appear to use DisplayLink technology, so DisplayLink will not be able to help you with that product.

A MacBook Air with an Apple M1 processor is limited to one external display via Thunderbolt. As a result, the Thunderbolt 3 dock you are considering will not work in a two display configuration.

In order to add two external displays to a Mac with an Apple M1 processor, you will need to use a product based on DisplayLink technology.

DisplayLink has a resource for finding products based on DisplayLink technology here --> https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/displaylink-products
