Since staying at home to work, our agency has allowed us to take home one or both of our monitors we were using in our offices. I already had an HP one that I was using on my desktop computer. Since bringing home the Dell one from work, I had it physically set up as in portrait setting. Because of its cable output was not USB, I found one on Amazon that I thought sounded good to get:
Diamond USB 3.0 to DisplayPort 4K UHD (Ultra-High-Definition) Video Graphics Adapter for Multiple Monitors up to 3840x2160 (DisplayLink DL-5500 Chipset - Supports Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7)

Since putting it in, though, I cannot set the main HP monitor to landscape and the secondary one, Dell, to portrait. Or can I? I have Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit.

Thank you,
Bills Sis

Right click on the desktop.
Select "display settings"
Click on the screen you want to make portrait.
Scroll down, and change orientation to "portrait".
Be happy :)
