Can I overcome Intel uhd 620 3screens limitation ?

Hi,

I do own a T480s, running an Intel uhd 620. This does limit, normally, to 3 screens in total, including the laptop screen. I do have one more.

The laptop has a TB3 port and 1hdmi. Do you think that a usb-C to 2*DP displaylink device would allow me to run 4 screens in total (internal display + HDMI + 2*DP), and overcome the Intel UHD limitation ?

Yes definitely.

Or you could get a dock to run 3x displays off (thus getting you 4 displays including the notebook screen).
