Is this a DisplayLink product?

Hey folks, I was wondering if anyone is familiar with this product, and, if so, if it is a DisplayLink product. It looks exactly like what I need for my mobile setup, so I think I might ditch my previous Startech adapter and go with this one since it has both HDMI and VGA out without the need for an additional adapter.

Ordered from Amazon, received today and tested. This looked like a great solution to having to carry a Startech USB-C adapter with HDMI out in addition to a USB DL adapter. Unfortunately, it cannot do dual displays and, as such, is worthless to me. You're better off going with the lower-priced Startech USB-C adapter and getting a VGA > HDMI adapter if you need the conversion.

Oh well, mobility+multiple displays is still an unsolved problem.
