We're excited to announce the release of the updated DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Ubuntu, version 1.1.62.
You can download it from our download page (http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/ubuntu), as usual.
Highlights for the release are:
Enabling DisplayLink support on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS,
Compatibility with fresh kernels - see evdi project on GitHub (https://github.com/DisplayLink/evdi) for more details,
Improved stability of the service component in certain use cases,
Installation script is now permissive on distributions other than Ubuntu.
