Ubuntu 15.04 Kernel 4.1.4 works (sometimes)

Dear DisplayLink Team,

Thank you very much for the driver.

Unfortunatelly it is quite hard to make it work.

Sometimes it works right after restart.
Sometimes it works only when I unplug and replug the Docking Station
Sometimes it only works when I restart the systemd service via systemctl.

I would gladly deliver some logging information regarding the driver services and therefore be of assistance to make this driver work more reliably.
