Hi, I just upgraded to Win10 from Win8.1 and have completely uninstalled (also used the DisplayLink cleaner) and reinstalled the new drivers (7.9 M0) but the computer does not recognize the NIC on the dock.

I am using the Anker USB 3.0 Dual Display (DVI/HDMI) Docking Station.

In Windows Device Manager, I have a "DISPLAYLINK NETWORK ADAPTER NCM" but also have one UNKNOWN DEVICE under OTHER DEVICES.

Everything else (HDMI, USB, Audio) seems to be working fine - only network is not.

Really need to get the wired NIC working, though. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
David

I'm having the same problem but with a Dell D3000. Anybody out there have any clues.

Thanks

Solved this problem. Uninstalled driver and reinstalled. That worked for me. Dell USB Audio was also not working and a reinstall there also fixed the problem. I still have one unknown USB device but not sure that is related.
