Every so often my DockingStation just disconnects

I have a HooToo docking station http://www.hootoo.com/hootoor-ht-ud01-usb-3-0-universal-docking-station.html i got off Amazon. It works great othen then 1 very annoying thing. Every so often it will disconnect and reconnect. it sometimes will do it 3 times in a row and others just 1 time. I have done everything at this link http://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/544228 and it still has this issue.

I have attached a support file if someone can look to possibly tell me why this is happening. My fear is that it is the hardware and that it is defective, but i wanted to try here first.

Thanks for the logs. I can see from these that the USB connection is lost to the dock. The software tries to reset it, but can't as there is no response from the dock.

It looks like a faulty dock and should be returned for a replacement.
