A few weeks ago I bought a usb 3.0 dual head display set it up and it worked fine for several days. Was away for a week and plugged it in when I got back and it would start to work then the screen would flash and would stopworking. I have checked everything I know and have read to trouble shoot the problem. Running the latest drivers rolled back to an earlier system restore point, removed and restored the the display link software several times, checked all drivers to make sure they are up to date.
ASUS with intel graphics/3I processor. laptop running Windows 8.1 64-bit . All drivers and BIOS up-to-date. USB connection directly to laptop. Ran the debugging tool and attached the file.:mad:
Any suggestions? I will have a chance to try it on a different laptop next weekto see if the hardware is defective.
