Problems with DL 7.7.56725.0 on Win 8.1

The recent beta and firmware update appears to be incompatible with graphics previously supported without difficulty. In particular, I am unable to run Netflix or MS Solitaire Collection on any monitor when the DisplayLink device is active. Both applications run correctly when the device is off. Since the update, I have un- and re-installed all relevant software and drivers and have been unable to identify any other potential source of the problem.

Did this happen with older version of DisplayLink software?

As soon as the issue is seen please attach the output of this tool:

Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool which will be in a folder called "DisplayLink Support Files" on your desktop.
