It works. Finally. 1600*1200 x 1920*1200 x 1600*1200. :D

Ultramon with Smart Taskbar Enabled
Monitors are completely stable. However, to get all 3 monitors back after monitor sleep requires ctrl-alt-del.
All in all very good.
