Flash 10.1 video fails on 2nd display

I've got a Mac Mini running 10.6.4 which generally runs two displays fine through a Dynadock. Since upgrading to Flash Player 10.1 Flash videos (or players) don't work on the second display. If the browser is on the second screen all video is invisible although the bounding box may be in place. If I drag the browser window across to the main screen the video appears and runs - no changes made to the settings or anything apart from shifting screens.

Anyone else getting this?
