Another issue on 10.6.3

I have some icons on the desktop on the second display, which is a samsung u70 with displaylink technology.

Those icons are moved to the main display after each reboot/shutdown.

This problem didn't exist in 10.6.2.

I just asked this same question in another thread. How did you apply the update originally? Was it through Software Update? Have you tried downloading the 10.6.3 Combo Update .DMG file and reinstalling? I have had several updates from Software Update fail or malfunction lately. Downloading and reinstalling from the latest Combo Update has fixed my problems more times than not.
