Hello,

we faced a strange problem with our system after installing the port replicator from HP that use displaylink. our setup is as follow:

1- Samsung monitor using HDMI.

2- Lenovo x1 carbon laptop.

3- HP 3005pr USB 3.0 port replicator.

4- Logitech Bluetooth dongle.

5- Logitech Bluetooth mouse.

6 Di nova Logitech Bluetooth keyboard.

===============================

after installing the driver from the port replicator it self and display is working OK network is OK. we connected the Logitech dongle to the HP port replicator. mouse and keyboard is working only if they are 15 to 20 cm close to the laptop and dock if far it will be slow response !! and some times it will disconnect.

we tried to remove the dongle and connect it to the laptop directly while the port replicator is connected and we face the same problem.

we tried to connect the Bluetooth mouse directly with the Bluetooth hardware in the laptop while Logitech Bluetooth dongle is disconnected and the HP port replicator is connected we face the same problem.

--------------------------

if the HP port replicator is disconnected the Bluetooth mouse will work without any problem from the laptop Bluetooth or the Logitech dongle without any problem.

i think the port replicator is interfering or missing with the Bluetooth and i don't know how to solve it your help is needed.
