Slow Refresh

When pulling up a web page the page doesn't refresh until I carry the window over to my native screen. This lack of refresh also happens with some other apps.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit with IE 9.

I downloaded the latest drivers for my UGA Plugable USB 2.0 display adapter.

Any idea what I can do to correct this?

Are you running in basic graphics mode? Can you post logs?

Hi mchorp,

If Windows has dropped into basic mode (the most common cause of this kind of problem), you can run Windows' built-in Aero troubleshooter to solve it:
