Version 1.8 of the DisplayLink drivers was causing repeated crashes of Finder on OSX 10.8.1. All I have to do is click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a new Finder window and Finder would crash.
I'm including a small section of the crash report below. If you need the entire thing, please contact me and I'll get it to you.
