Basic FAQ question

I can't find any basic FAQ sections, so I'm going to post this simple question here.

I want to use one of these USB monitors as the sole monitor with a headless server.
Can I access the BIOS with a USB monitor as the sole monitor ? The server will be running Win7 64bit as the OS.

I'm afraid not. Only a directly attached monitor can display the BIOS.
