Can i use Displaylink products this way?

i am thinking about getting a Displaylink Product. I do not have separate monitors to use but i do have a less than satifactory graphics card. i was looking at tritton but their rock bottom review really scared me away. i was wondering if i could use the Tritton USB graphics adapters as my graphics card because i have a laptop with an Intel HD Graphics card and it is barely enough to run NFS Hot Pursuit. If I can then I need to know the most powerful one and if it has dedicated memory.:confused:

USB graphics will not enhance the graphics performance of your on board capability - you need a better graphics card or a new motherboard with better integrated graphics.
