Hi everyone,
I was recommended to this site after i posted at apple site discussion for assistance https://discussions.apple.com/message/16257868#16257868
i plan to buy a new mac mini latest using osx lion. I have 2 40" samsung LEDTVs with the model UA40D5003BRXXM docked side by side on the wall. The contractor had hacked the wall and floors, which they pulled long VGA cables. So basically 1 VGA cable for each LEDTVs. I believe we made a mistake of not using HDMI or DVI cables.
i like to have an extended desktop for my mac mini instead of mirroring.
can this be done using your displaylink usb adapter? so 1 mac mini -> 2 vga cables -> 2 LEDTVs
if yes, which displaylink usb adapter should i get to compatible with latest mac mini 2011?
i heard the usb displaylink adapter requires GPU for rendering high resolution? will this work with VGA cables?
lastly, i am from malaysia .. can i order to malaysia or buy from a local reseller here? any help? Thanks.
