Default ethernet, audio and keyboard not working

I purchased the universal usb 3.0 sv docking station - ACP076US

Display works great. I have a combo logitech keyboard and mouse wireless usb. Mouse works great, keyboard worked at first then stopped.

Ethernet and audio out don't work thru docking station either. Ethernet shows a link light

I have a Lenovo flex - 2-15D.

Ive made sure all drivers are up to date and software is installed and services running .

Downloaded and ran the compatibility scan and all passed. Any ideas from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

All peripherals work when plugged directly into the laptop as well. Ive rebooted the laptop and cycled the docking station.

Hi,

As soon as the issue is seen please attach the output of this tool:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool which will be in a folder called "DisplayLink Support Files" on your desktop.

Thanks,
James

Hi,

Thanks for letting me know.

Your issue with the wireless could be cause by USB 3.0 interference:
