Unhappy Display problem on Wacom tablet

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS on a Lenovo T450s laptop with a Wacom DTU-1031, with the latest displaylink 1.2.65 driver. After Ubuntu is loaded, i plug in my Wacom tablet, but the screen is not showing even after i go to System Settings --> Display to turn on the device. When i try to detect the displays, it shows both screens as on my laptop monitor. Tried a few times and the Wacom tablet just couldnt show the screen.

However, the display do appear if i plug in the wacom tablet before the ubuntu loads.
