no video playback

Hi there

I am using a USB to HDMI adapter and your displaylink 5.6 beta software. When i use Mediaportal, a media center program - everything displays fine till I try to view or playback video, then it crashes. Same app works fine on VGA output. Is it because I am running two screens? I can't find any way to make the HDMI monitor the only screen. I am using Win XP sp3 on a core 2 duo.

Please download the Windows DisplayLink debug tool from this website, then gather the system information and upload the zip file to this thread for analysis. (delete memory.dmp file if the zip file is too large to upload) This would give us more information as to what might be wrong.
