Exclamation Mouse disappears after undocking with 7.7B2

Using 7.7 Beta 2 I have noticed that the first startup of my machine after undocking from my external displays I have no visible mouse pointer. The pointer is there and you can see mouse over events, but cannot see the pointer itself to select anything. A reboot fixes the issue. This only happens after being connected to the USB dock and large external displays. Has anyone else seen this?

Hi,

I'll try and reproduce this. Some questions to help me do this:

Just so I understand are you getting this issue whenever you disconnect your dock, shut down and then power on your PC?

Does right clicking on the desktop show the mouse cursor?

Can you check if this is notebook and external monitor resolution specific?

Did you notice this issue with earlier versions such as the 7.7 Beta 1 and the 7.6 M2 release?

Lastly can you attach the output of this tool when the issue occurs:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool which will be in a folder called "DisplayLink Support Files" on your desktop.

Thanks,
James
